About me

I’m Fiona – an entrepreneur business owner turned nutritionist, Mum to two grown-up children, and a long-standing fitness enthusiast.

I’ve always loved cooking and good food, but my interest in nutrition deepened during my own personal journey, when I experienced first-hand just how powerfully diet can influence mood, energy levels and long-term health. What we eat really does shape how we feel day to day – physically and mentally.

That curiosity turned into a calling, and I retrained with MNU, combining evidence-based nutrition science with real-life experience. Today, I support individuals to build sustainable, enjoyable habits that genuinely improve wellbeing – without extremes, guilt or rigid rules.

I firmly believe that eating well shouldn’t feel restrictive or complicated. My role is to help make a healthy diet feel easier, more achievable and far more enjoyable for real life.

My approach is realistic, practical and always flavour-focused. If you’re looking to enhance your health in a way that fits around work, family and everything else life throws your way, I’d love to help.
